Bio
Hector Miñoza is a Maharlikan advocate, an independent documentary photographer and governance development specialist. Hector is based in Mindanao, particularly at General Santos City. For almost 10 years, he’s been active in various governance developmental programs and has an excellent work experience on post-conflict transformation and society-building movement. He has work with the USAID-Governance and Local Democracy (GOLD) Project, and the United Nations commitment towards the peace process in Southern Philippines.
Hector is presently a part-time volunteer of PROUT Study Program in Mindanao. He has committed his life assisting the local communities by providing capacity-development for strengthening socio-economic movements. Beside from governance specialization, his love of photography focused on the field of journalism.
His photography category ranges from people and events to travel and landscape – all emphasizing advocacy work and life perspective.
